Australia 
POWERBALL
   They have three different machines that are used to select PowerBall
numbers each week. Machine #3 will be used for the first 5-Balls and
Machine #2 will be used for the PowerBall. The week after Machine #2
will be used for the first 5-Balls and Machine #1 will be used for the
PowerBall. The following week Machine #1 will be used for the first 5-Balls
and Machine #3 will be used for the PowerBall.

OZLOTTO
    They have two machines that are used for drawings OZ-Lotto
numbers each week. Machine #2 will be used for the drawing on February
16th, 1998. The following week Machine #1 will be used.

KENO
    They have two machines and alternate there use every other day. Machine
#2 was last used on Feb 21, 98 and machine #1 was last used on Feb 22, 98.
So if your following this game, start tracking the data by machine. You'll
be glad you did.

    This information is extremely important to you the Lotto/Keno player.
Now that this is known, you should have two columns of data. One for
Machine #1 and the other for Machine #2. By tracking the numbers in this
way you should began to see trends in the numbers drawn. Each machine will
have its own unique bias.
